I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Information Systems at University of Maryland Baltimore County. I am working with Dr. Nirmalya Roy in the Mobile, Pervasive & Sensor Computing Lab. The main area of my research interest is applying Active Learning techniques in various Sensor and Mobile computing domains. My research work involves monitoring and improving Assisted Daily Living (ADL) activities and activity recognition using mobile & ambient sensors in smart-home environment. I enjoy research which involve both theoretical & technical aspects. My research interests are in –
